- You must complete all fields on the application. If a field does NOT apply to you, then type N/A in the blank field.
- You must complete the fields as accurately as possible. This will help you obtain successful financing and improve your chances of securing the property of your choice.
- Upon completion of your on-line application that includes your e-mail address, REGI will confirm your application status to you via e-mail.
- When you have completed the application, print out a hard copy, sign the original and return your application with your BID deposit check.
- If you have any questions, please contact a REGI representative, or go to our Frequently Asked Questions web page.

How to Prequalify to Bid via Fax or Mail
You may contact a REGI representative via this web site, or by calling (919) 341.7171. A REGI representative will ask you for your contact information and mail, or fax to you, a Prequalification to BID application.
- You must complete all fields on the application. If a field does NOT apply to you, then type N/A in the blank field.
- You must complete the fields as accurately as possible. This will help you obtain successful financing and improve your chances of securing the property of your choice.
- Upon completion of your on-line application that includes your e-mail address, REGI will confirm your application status to you via e-mail or, if requested, via fax or postal service.
- When you have completed the application, make a photo copy of your completed application, sign the original and return the application with your BID deposit check.
