Mr. Schultz has 25 years of experience in the petroleum and communications industries. Mr. Schultz is a decisive, results-driven executive with 25 years of proven successes spanning multiple disciplines and he is experienced in managing multi-culture businesses. Mr. Schultz has demonstrated expertise in building cohesive proactive teams, global distribution networks, client alliances and partnerships his diverse background is built on a foundation of success, advanced skill sets and professional standards. Mr. Schultz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Prior to becoming CEO of Realty Exchange Group, Mr. Schultz was the President of OPW Fueling Containment Systems. Mr. Schultz held positions as President, Environ Holdings; President & CEO, Strategic Management Corporation (SMC); Chairman & Co-Founder, Petrogas International Corporation; Vice President, Sirenic Limited (a UK Company) and Managing Director, International Operations for Tokheim Corporation.
Mr. Schultz successfully led teams that developed the first Radio Frequency Identification Systems (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), the first Human Interface Device (London, England) and M-commerce programs in the United States. Mr. Schultz was instrumental in the early diversification of Tokheim Corporation, which lead to the successful mergers and acquisitions of Mini Base Systems, EFM Corp. and MSI.
Michael H. Bohnert, Executive Managing Partner

Mr. Bohnert has over 20 years of experience developing and improving businesses within the retail petroleum industry. His key attributes include developing global distribution networks and streamlining key business processes. Mr. Bohnert can oversee and perform financial analysis, financial modeling, industry research, buyer research and sell side arrangements. Mr. Bohnert markets the firm's clients to prospective buyers or investors and works closely with clients to help determine and negotiate the optimal deal structure.

Prior to joining Realty Exchange Group, Inc., Mr. Bohnert was Executive Vice President at National Real Estate Clearinghouse (NRC). At NRC, Mr. Bohnert was involved with over 1,400 transactions amounting to over $480 million. Prior to this, Mr. Bohnert was General Sales Manager for a Division of Core-Mark International and had a multi-year tenure with ARCO where he served in various key strategic roles.
Mr. Bohnert received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance has provided a strong foundation for leading teams to higher achievement. Mr. Bohnert is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
James B. Cole, General Counsel

Mr. Cole is a partner at the law firm of Procter, McCarthy & Slaughter, LLP and has 17 years of private practice experience in business and real property matters. His experience includes transactional and trial work representing both individual and corporate clients in a wide spectrum of matters. He forms and counsels companies in general business matters, real property development, construction and management.

Mr. Cole serves as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Courts. He is the Ventura County Director for the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He has testified as an expert in legal matters related to the development of real property. He has been the featured speaker and panel speaker for numerous conferences involving real property disputes and civil litigation, in general.

Mr. Riggs has a 10 year track record of success in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and IPO's. Mr. Riggs has excellent, long-term relationships with financial and investment communities within fortune 500 corporations and government agencies.
